Early afternoon session at home…

Squat:
5 x 60 kg
5 x 70 kg
5 x 80 kg
5 x 90 kg
5 x 100 kg
3 x 105 kg
3 x 105 kg
3 x 105 kg

Fuck, that was really heavy. After the first set at 105, I could hear my brain trying to tell me that it was hard and that 105 shouldn’t be hard and maybe I should be done.

Where does being done get me? Nowhere. I decided to do more sets at 105, and if I had fucked that up for some reason, I would have gone down to get my work in.

I have also slacked off on my hydration. I was drinking Gatorade with leucine during all of my workouts, and then I got lazy about making it. I made some today, and it’s much better this way.

Looking forward to training again later.

Evening session at the gym…

Snatch:
2 x 35 kg
2 x 45 kg
2 x 50 kg
2 x 55 kg
2 x 60 kg
2 x 63 kg – Miss, make
1 x 66 kg – Several misses and then a solid make

Snatch WOD:
8 for 10 at 61 kg

Legs felt dead on all snatches, but they went pretty well considering.

RDL:
7 x 61 kg
7 x 80 kg
7 x 90 kg
