Squat:
A bunch of triples at 70 and 80 kg until I determined that I was very sore and probably not going higher than that for sets of 10.

Pause squat:
10 x 70 kg
10 x 70 kg
10 x 70 kg

Bulky Manatee @ 70 kg = 22 x 70 kg

And then I did some double unders until I got a cramp.
