I planned to do doubles on the way up.

Squat:
2 x 70 kg
2 x 90 kg
2 x 100 kg
2 x 110 kg
2 x 120 kg – This felt like an empty bar, so I decide to try jumping to 130
1 x 130 kg – Holy shit, that jump was a mistake. Not even trying a second rep on this set.

Okay, so I am not quite ready to jump straight to 130 from 120, haha. I decided to go back down and do pause squats on the way up, but then there was a lifter who needed me more than I needed squats. After I was done with that, I decided to skip pause squats in favor of pulls.

Clean domination pull:
5 x 55 kg
5 x 75 kg
5 x 85 kg
5 x 90 kg
5 x 100 kg

RDL:
5 x 60 kg
5 x 90 kg
5 x 90 kg
