I was indeed very sore today.

Squat:
3 x 70 kg
3 x 90 kg
3 x 100 kg
3 x 105 kg
3 x 110 kg
3 x 115 kg
2 x 120 kg
2 x 120 kg
1 x 120 kg
2 x 120 kg
3 x 120 kg
2 x 120 kg
3 x 121 kg – PR triple
1 x 130 kg – PR!

I think the 130 would have been a lot easier without all of the other stuff before it.
