I ran two snatch seminars on Wednesday at UNC-Asheville, so I didn’t do any heavy training. Just some snatches at 35 and 45 kg for demo.

Today felt rough.

Squat:
10 x 60 kg
10 x 70 kg
10 x 70 kg
10 x 70 kg
10 x 60 kg

5 sets of 15 hammer curl and press + 10 front raises @ 8 lbs
