Trying really, really hard to get back to the volume I was doing. I probably need to eat more also. I was only 179.4 lbs this morning. We were planning to fast today, but not after seeing that number.

Squat:
3 x 60 kg
3 x 80 kg
1 x 90 kg
1 x 100 kg
1 x 110 kg
1 x 115 kg
1 x 120 kg

That was all I had time for before I had to pick up the kids. Not sure if I will get any more reps in tonight.
