I didn’t get to train on Tuesday or Wednesday because we were busy working. I tried to squat on Thursday night, but my lower back was so tight that I only hit a few reps at 70 and 100 kg before I called it quits. Then, I sat and pouted and had a mini panic attack instead of getting up and doing something useful like bodybuilding.
Mental fail even though I tried to pretend like I was in control because I CHOSE to pout. Whatever. I was wrong.
