I didn’t get to train on Wednesday. We were just too busy with other stuff. So, I doubled up on Thursday.

Morning session:

Squat:
5 x 70 kg
5 x 100 kg
5 x 105 kg
5 x 110 kg – PR set of 5
4 x 115 kg – PR set of 4

Evening session:

Squat:
3 x 70 kg
3 x 90 kg
3 x 110 kg
2 x 117 kg
1 x 122 kg
1 x 127 kg
1 x 132 kg – Miss, PR attempt
4 x 110 kg
1 x 120 kg

I was going to do more reps at 120, but I waited much too long because I was busy coaching. So, I did a few snatches with Sara. 65 kg is an easy power snatch at this point. I was just too tired to make my arms lock out anymore, haha.
