10 dumbbell shoulder press @ 20 lbs
10 lateral raises @ 8 lbs

Evening session:

3 rounds:
15 leg extensions @ 35 lbs
25 dumbbell shrugs @ 20 lbs
15 EZbar curls @ 25 lbs
15 front raises @ 8 lbs
