I suck at training now. I don’t even remember why I didn’t train on Thursday. I don’t even remember what I did on Thursday. And, then my kids had off from school on Friday so I didn’t train.
We had a meet at the gym on Saturday, so I squatted after.
Pause squats up to 115 kg.
4 x 1 x 120 kg – No pause
6 x 100 kg – Pause
Then I squatted again at home.
I definitely did 5 x 60 kg, 10 x 60 kg and 10 x 70 kg. I can’t remember if they were pause squats or not.
