I haven’t trained since Wednesday, so I knew this would suck.

Squat:
3 x 70 kg
3 x 70 kg
3 x 80 kg
3 x 90 kg
3 x 100 kg
3 x 110 kg
2 x 115 kg
1 x 120 kg
7 x 70 kg
7 x 80 kg
10 x 90 kg – Did 10 just because
7 x 100 kg

And, then my legs felt like that was enough.

We had a power clean seminar today, so I power cleaned during it.

Power clean:
1 x 55 kg
1 x 60 kg
1 x 65 kg
1 x 70 kg
1 x 75 kg

And, then Nick started explaining clean domination pulls when I had 77 kg on the bar, so I did demos with that. It was a long time before that was done.

1 x 77 kg – I just full cleaned this because it had been so long

And then a few sets of pull + power clean with 55 kg
