At CrossFit HVL for a snatch domination seminar! Great morning.

Snatch:
2 x 103 lbs
1 x 113 lbs
1 x 123 lbs
1 x 128 lbs
1 x 133 lbs
1 x 138 lbs
1 x 143 lbs – a few misses here where I racked it and fell on my ass
1 x 143 lbs – told myself to stop being dumb and just powered it
1 x 148 lbs
1 x 153 lbs
1 x 158 lbs – Miss, PR attempt
3 x 158 lbs – Nick told me to just WOD this for a set. I missed all three, but it was good. Second rep was right there and I just went too far forward in the hole.

At home later…

Squat:
3 x 60 kg
3 x 70 kg
3 x 80 kg
2 x 90 kg
2 x 100 kg

My lower back was ticked off and I had a mental breakdown. Not sure if I will try again in a bit or not, but I’m fine now.
