Early afternoon session…

Squat:
2 x 70 kg
2 x 80 kg
2 x 90 kg
2 x 100 kg
2 x 105 kg
2 x 110 kg
2 x 115 kg
1 x 120 kg

I really thought I had a double at 120. I was so frustrated. I know it has only been a week of being back to daily squatting, and my volume and load is still way under what it was, but…

I want it back. I know the only answer is to do the work, but I am not doing a very good job mentally right now. I am being a whiny bitch, and I know it.

Evening session…

RDL:
5 x 60 kg
5 x 90 kg
5 x 105 kg
8 x 115 kg – PR

115 kg would have been a PR set of 5 because I haven’t done heavy RDLs in forever, I think, but I did it for 8 just in case. The last one got a little sloppy, which is why I stopped there.

Heavyish curls around 55 lbs with the EZ curl bar.
