It was a bad mental day. I didn’t get any sleep. We went to bed late, and then at 2:00 am, I woke up to the sounds of an animal under our bed. A mouse? The hamster that disappeared 6 weeks ago? I lay there in bed listening to it for 30 minutes before I decided that I was too terrified to get out of bed and pee. So, I woke up Nick and we turned on the light and I was brave enough to walk to the bathroom only because I asked him to walk me there. Then, we were both up for a while, heard the mystery animal again, and I don’t even know when I fell back to sleep. I had dreams about having a giant opossum for a pet after that. No lie.

Also, I started a 3 week weight cut today, so I didn’t eat because I was fasting until dinner. I was tired and hungry and got an email I didn’t want to read, and then the downward spiral started.

I did manage to do some squats. I wanted to play with my eye gaze to see if I could get better depth by looking up more. I am not sure what I decided.

Squat:
3 x 60 kg
3 x 90 kg
3 x 90 kg
3 x 100 kg
1 x 105 kg
1 x 110 kg – Pause squat, hard
10 x 60 kg
10 x 60 kg

I can’t remember if I did a third set at 60 or not.

I was supposed to do a bunch of bodybuilding, but I didn’t.

Sucking at training. I feel better right now, though.
