Squat:
7 x 60 kg
7 x 70 kg
7 x 80 kg
7 x 90 kg
7 x 100 kg

And then we had to have our video chat for our private online coaching group… which was a hilarious disaster because our technology wouldn’t cooperate. We had one computer with video, one computer with sound, and one computer that threatened to explode upon running Google Hangouts on it.

During the chat, I did…

Pushups:
3 x 15

People really need to make sure that they can do pushups. I’m pretty fat right now, and I can do awesome pushups.

It was 2.5 hours later when I started squatting again, so I just had the goal of doing something before eating a bowl of cereal and going to sleep.

I put 60 kg on the bar and set the timer for 2 minutes.

Squat @ 60 kg = 24 reps with resting between reps

Then, I rested even more.

Then, I put 70 kg on the bar and set the timer for 1 minute.

Squat @ 70 kg = 20 reps consecutively without rest

And, then I felt like puking, but I needed to eat. So, I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats Cinnamon.
