In Miami training at Power World gym. Hole in the wall bodybuilding place. Very bro but cool people.

Everything felt great. I didn’t go up because it was a non-adjustable half rack with a mirror, which always throws me off.

One dude asked me why I don’t look up when I squat.

Nick pulled 5 x 460 lbs and 1 x 480 lbs at the end of his first week of Deadlift Nemesis.
