Nick and I went to train with Pete at CrossFit Downtown Winston. Kristin also trained with us, and Jelisa came to say hello before she heads off to London. We lifted and then had bourbon and then went to Genghis Grill to stuff our faces with Mongolian BBQ.

Squat:
3 x 70 kg
2 x 90 kg
2 x 100 kg
2 x 110 kg
2 x 120 kg
1 x 125 kg
1 x 130 kg
1 x 135 kg – Miss, PR attempt

130 kg felt great. I really thought I had 135, but not today.
