Let’s just say that this workout started and then ended badly. Sometimes, life shit is actually important life shit that needs to be dealt with. And, it happens to be more important than training.

Seminar at CrossFit Sevier in Sevierville, TN. I snatched to 65 kg and had one go at a WOD at 70 kg. I cleaned and jerked to 80 kg, deadlifted the clean at 85 kg, went back down and cleaned and jerked 80 kg twice more, one more clean at 80 kg to prove it was easy… and then yet another deadlift at 85 kg, haha.

It was a very good day. Good people, good lifting, lots of excitement!
