I did some snatches. It’s been a while. I went up to 59 kg and then back down and up and then back down and up again. Things felt good except my right scapula/trap is tweaked a bit from deadlifts. But, snatches felt good considering that I have not been lifting. I love snatches. I miss them.
I am going to take 2 weeks off over Christmas and do nothing but mobility and bodybuilding. I want everything to feel amazingly awesome so that I can snatch and squat again.
2013 has been both the worst and best year of my life. I’ll write more about that later, don’t you worry. I’d like to get back to training in 2014 even though I won’t have the training time I had before. I still have big goals.
